Se realizó un análisis y clasificación cuyo propósito fue desarrollar un diagnóstico
de los factores que originan el problema de la mora judicial. se empleó un diseño de
investigación exploratorio mixto tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo, con aplicación de
una matriz de datos para clasificar la información de cada expediente revisado y una
entrevista a profundidad a un Juez en materia penal y a Abogados del Distrito Central,
los resultados de la investigación determinan la importancia de contar con un plan para
reducir la mora judicial hasta lograr su erradicación a nivel nacional.
Con base en la información estadística recabada se pueden establecer las acciones
concretas a seguir
An analysis and classification was carried out whose purpose was to develop a diagnosis of the factors that cause the problem of judicial delay.
