En este proyecto de investigación se identificó inicialmente la situación actual de la empresa
arrendadora de equipo de construcción EDCON S. de R. L; con el propósito de formular un plan de
mejora que permita dar inicio a una administración eficiente, mientras se aumenta la calidad del
servicio y se disminuyen los costos. Todo esto, mediante la gestión por procesos en el área operativa
y el establecimiento de controles de inventario, activos que en este caso representan el corazón de la
compañía.
In this investigation project I was identified the current situation of the construction equipment leasing company EDCON S. de R. L; with the purpose of formulating an improvement plan that would allow an efficient administration, while increasing the quality of the services offered and decreasing the overall costs.
