Description
La práctica profesional es un proceso de ambientación, en donde se permite tener las primeras
experiencias laborales con situaciones reales a las del rubro de la carrera de ingeniería civil. En
esta instancia se aplican los conocimientos adquiridos en la carrera a lo largo de los años
estudiantiles. He logrado formar parte del proyecto de construcción del “Parque Industrial
Polygroup” ubicado a 1.5km de Dos Caminos, Villanueva, Cortés, Honduras. Cabe mencionar
que el alcance del proyecto involucra el desarrollo de la planta generadora de energía a base
de búnker, 6 naves industriales con un promedio de 4,122m2 de construcción, la urbanización
del proyecto, que involucra la pavimentación de calles exteriores, construcción de un tanque
elevado, planta de tratamiento, canales abiertos de aguas lluvia, redes de tuberías de agua
potable, residuales, y aguas lluvia, pozos de inspección, entre otros trabajos llevados a cabo).
La empresa Inversiones e Inmobiliaria Los Zorzales me acepto como practicante durante el
periodo del 17 de abril al 1 de julio del 2023. Se destaca que la empresa se dedica a bienes
raíces especialmente a la construcción de naves industriales y oficinas. La empresa fue fundada
en el 2018 bajo el liderazgo del Ing. Mario Cerna. La empresa ha construido 4 naves industriales
de aproximadamente 8,000m2 y a finales del 2022 comenzó la construcción de su proyecto
más ambicioso, denominado como Parque Industrial Polygroup. Durante la práctica
profesional, he sido parte de la supervisión cimentaciones aisladas y corridas, paredes con
bloques de concreto de 6” y 8”, estructuras metálicas de las naves industriales, cubiertas de
techo, forros de lámina, instalaciones de tuberías de 8”- 15”, canales abiertos de aguas lluvia y
construcción pavimentosinternos de las naves y pavimentos externos de la urbanización del
parque industrial. Asumí la responsabilidad del cálculo de cantidades de obra, el registro del
control de calidad en la obra y la organización de frentes de trabajo y listado de materiales
existentes.

The company Inversiones e Inmobiliaria Los Zorzales accepted me as an intern during the period from April 17 to July 1, 2023. It is worth mentioning that the company is dedicated to real estate, especially the construction of industrial buildings and offices. The company was founded in 2018 under the leadership of Eng. Mario Cerna. The company has built 4 industrial warehouses of approximately 8,000m2 and at the end of 2022 construction began on its most ambitious project, called the Polygroup Industrial Park. During my professional practice, I have been part of the supervision of isolated and continuous foundations, walls with 6" and 8" concrete blocks, metallic structures of industrial buildings, roof coverings, sheet linings, 8" -pipe installations. 15”, open rainwater channels and construction of internal pavements of the warehouses and external pavements of the urbanization of the industrial park.
