Históricamente, la migración ha sido un fenómeno característico de la humanidad,
en su camino hacia la organización y sistematización de la supervivencia. La emigración
por motivos económicos, hoy en día, podría considerarse como una particularidad de
aquellos Estados que ofrecen condiciones insuficientes para el desarrollo pleno de su
Población. Sin embargo, en cuanto a la migración se refiere, no solamente habrá que
abordar factores propios del Estado en el que se produce la salida de personas, sino que
también es debido identificar factores asociados al Estado tenido como destino. De hecho,
según Everett S. Lee, en su trabajo Una Teoría de Migración4
, los factores que intervienen
en la decisión de migrar y el proceso de migración podrían ser resumidos en cuatro
categorías: Factores asociados con el área de origen, Factores asociados con el área de
destino, Obstáculos intermedios y Factores Personales (Lee, 1966). Son, entonces, las
condiciones insuficientes referidas un factor asociado con el área de origen.
En el lustro que precede a la fecha de terminación5
del presente trabajo de
investigación, ha sido basta la cantidad de información que sobre este desplazamiento
geográfico de personas se ha visto expuesta al público, en términos estadísticos y
documentales.
Historically, migration has been a characteristic phenomenon of humanity, on his way to the organization and systematization of survival. The emigration for economic reasons, nowadays, it could be considered as a peculiarity of those states that offer insufficient conditions for the full development of their Population. However, as far as migration is concerned, it will not only be necessary to address factors specific to the State in which the departure of people occurs, but rather it is also necessary to identify factors associated with the destination State. In fact, according to Everett S. Lee, in his work A Theory of Migration4 , the factors involved in the decision to migrate and the migration process could be summarized in four categories: Factors associated with the area of origin, Factors associated with the area of Fate, Intermediate Obstacles, and Personal Factors (Lee, 1966). They are, then, the insufficient conditions referred to a factor associated with the area of origin. In the five years preceding the termination date5 of the present work of investigation, the amount of information about this displacement has been enough geographical number of people has been exposed to the public, in statistical terms and documentaries.
