El presente estudio de factibilidad mostrara la investigación en la apertura de un lubricentro, en la colonia Valle de Sula, San Pedro Sula. Su objetivo general es determinar la factibilidad desde el punto de vista estudio de mercado, técnico, y financiero. El estudio se enfoca en calcular la TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno) y la VAN (Valor Actual Neto). La TIR y la VAN permiten evaluar la rentabilidad del proyecto. El estudio de mercado analiza la demanda y la competencia del servicio en San Pedro Sula. El estudio técnico abarca ubicación, recursos y tecnología para el lubricentro. El estudio financiero detalla la inversión inicial, costos, ingresos, y proyecciones de flujo de efectivo. Con esta información, se podrá determinar la viabilidad del lubricentro y tomar decisiones informadas para su implementación. Terminar tesis
The present feasibility study shows the investigation in the opening of a lubrication center, in the Valle de Sula neighborhood, San Pedro Sula. Its general objective is to determine the feasibility from the point of view of market, technical, and financial study. The study focuses on calculating the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and the VAN (Net Present Value). The IRR and the VAN allow to evaluate the profitability of the project. The market study analyzes the demand and competition for the service in San Pedro Sula. The technical study covers location, resources and technology for the lubrication center. The financial study details the initial investment, costs, income, and cash flow projections. With this information, it will be possible to determine the viability of the lubrication center and make informed decisions for its implementation.
