Esta investigación se realizó para la Asociación Colaboración y Esfuerzo con el objetivo de analizar y diagnosticar los problemas de comunicación y a partir de estos, generar una propuesta que permita la mejora continua con la integración de elementos de comunicación interna, sostenibilidad y comunicación digital. El estudio se realizó bajo un enfoque mixto y con un alcance descriptivo. Como herramientas se utilizaron, la entrevista a profundidad y encuesta digital a una muestra de 250 colaboradores y voluntarios de la organización, con una técnica de muestreo probabilístico y aleatorio simple.
This research was carried out for the Collaboration and Effort Association in order to analyze and diagnose communication problems and, based on these, generate a proposal that allows continuous improvement with the integration of internal communication elements, sustainability and digital communication. The study was carried out under a mixed approach and with a descriptive scope. As tools, the in-depth interview and digital survey of a sample of 250 employees and volunteers of the organization were used, with a simple probability and random sampling technique.
