dc.descriptionLa polémica Ley tiene diversos puntos a discutir por los actores de la sociedad, en primer lugar, tenemos al Gobierno el cual está interesado en poner un orden a las exoneraciones, estableciendo lineamientos definidos con el objetivo de que las exoneraciones sean verdaderamente en beneficio de Honduras. Por otro lado, encontramos a la empresa privada que ciertamente son el motor de la economía del país proveyendo empleo a millones de hondureños. Mediante este estudio pretendemos observar cuál sería el posible impacto en las MIPYMES lideradas por mujeres del sector alimentario en Tegucigalpa durante los dos (2) años subsecuentes, bajo la premisa que se aprobara la Ley de Justicia Tributaria.
dc.descriptionThe controversial Law has several points to discuss by the actors of society, first of all, we have the Government which is interested in putting an order to the exemptions, establishing defined guidelines with the objective that the exemptions are truly in benefit of Honduras. On the other hand, we find the private sector that certainly are the engine of the country’s economy providing employment to millions of Hondurans. Through this study we intend to observe what would be the possible impact on MSMEs led by women in the food sector in Tegucigalpa during the next two (2) years, under the premise that the Law of Tax Justice is approved.
