El abandono infantil es el acto de renunciar a todos los intereses y demandas
de la descendencia sin consideración de las necesidades propias del menor ni tampoco
de lo estipulado por las leyes, dando lugar a la institucionalización, por otro lado, la
adopción es el acto jurídico y psicosocial de ingreso de una persona a una familia
distinta de la originaria, en calidad de hija o hijo, con la finalidad de incorporarla en
la familia, en condiciones iguales a las de un hijo nacido de una relación conyugal,
para que pueda alcanzar su pleno desarrollo físico, mental, espiritual y social . (Diaz,
2022).
