El propósito de la presente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de contribuir al
fortalecimiento de la gestión financiera de la empresa industrial de flexografía; para empoderar a
la empresa y obtener los resultados de acuerdo con los objetivos establecidos. Esta investigación
está dirigida a un enfoque mixto, predominando el enfoque cuantitativo; se conocieron los
factores que llevaron a la empresa a estar altamente endeudada, una de las principales
recomendaciones es la reestructuración de su deuda para que la empresa pueda cumplir con sus
obligaciones.
The purpose of the present investigation was carried out with the objective of contributing to the strengthening of the financial management of the Industrial flexographic company; in order to empower the company and obtain the results in compliance with the objectives set. This research is aimed at a mixed approach with a predominant quantitative approach; The factors that have led to the company's high indebtedness were known, being one of the recommendations that was proposed to restructure its debt so that the company can meet its obligations.
