Esta discrepancia amenaza la eficiencia y la rentabilidad de la empresa, además de la satisfacción del cliente. Causas posibles incluyen errores humanos, robos y daños de inventario. Para abordar este problema, se recomienda un análisis exhaustivo de las causas, la implementación de mejores prácticas en la gestión de inventario, tecnología avanzada y capacitación del personal. Abordar este problema no solo mejorará la eficiencia operativa, sino también fortalecerá la posición competitiva y la relación con los clientes de Arabela Honduras, esencial para su éxito en el mercado hondureño.
