En vista de la poca delegación de actividades, la baja estructura organizacional y dependencia
en ciertos procesos se plantea buscar mejoras en procesos administrativos para la Franquicia Madrid
Ordoñez mediante la siguiente pregunta, ¿Cómo se puede mejorar la planeación, organización,
dirección y control de las operaciones de la empresa Inversiones Madrid Ordoñez para lograr una
eficiencia administrativa? El enfoque de la investigación fue cuali-cuantitativo y las técnicas que se
utilizaron para recopilar la información fueron la entrevista, aplicada al personal administrativo y la
encuesta a los 11 colaboradores operativos. Como resultado de la investigación se determinó crear un
plan estratégico que permita a Inversiones Madrid Ordoñez mejorar en aspecto fundamentales para
toda empresa. Con base a lo descrito, se presenta una propuesta para la implementación del plan
estratégico. Se añaden conclusiones y recomendaciones resultantes de la investigación.
Considering the low delegation of activities, the low organizational structure and dependence on certain processes, it is proposed to seek improvements in administrative processes for the Madrid Ordoñez Franchise through the following question, how can the planning, organization, direction and control of the operations of the company Inversiones Madrid Ordoñez be improved to achieve administrative efficiency? The focus of the research was qualitative-quantitative and the techniques used to collect the information were the interview, applied to the administrative staff and the survey of the 11 operational collaborators. As a result of the research, it was determined to create a strategic plan that allows Inversiones Madrid Ordoñez to improve in fundamental aspects for any company. Based on what has been described, a proposal for the implementation of the strategic plan is presented. Conclusions and recommendations resulting from the research are added.
