El objetivo de esta investigación es evaluar la factibilidad de un centro de entretenimiento que brinde servicios de ocio alternativos en la ciudad de San Pedro Sula y obtener del mismo ganancias que justifiquen la inversión que este requiera. Haciendo uso de diversas metodologías complementarias y herramientas de investigación, se realizó el análisis de prefactibilidad evaluando los aspectos de mercado, técnicos y financieros a fin de confirmar la viabilidad de inversión de este negocio.
The objective of this research is to assess the feasibility of an entertainment center that offers alternative leisure services in the city of San Pedro Sula, while generating profits that justify the required investment. Using various complementary methodologies and research tools, a pre-feasibility analysis was conducted, evaluating market, technical, and financial aspects to confirm the investment viability of this business.
