Este documento es un estudio de factibilidad para desarrollar un estacionamiento en el centro
Histórico de Tegucigalpa, Honduras, realizado por medio de los estudios de mercado, técnico
organización, legal, ambiental y financiero, para que los inversionistas puedan tomar la decisión
de llevar a cabo o no el proyecto, la metodología utilizada fue él el enfoque mixto, en donde se
recolectaron y se procesaron datos primarios por medio de un cuestionario dirigida a la población
meta que están dispuesta a adquirir los servicios de estacionamiento, el estudio identifico sus
necesidades, preferencias, también se utilizó información secundaria de fuentes bibliográficas en
el estudio. El análisis identifico una demanda insatisfecha que desea adquirir un servicio, con
interés y capacidad financiera para utilizar el servicio de Administración y Sistema de Gestión
de un Software Odoo Enterprise, se identificó la competencia de la empresa y se realizó el
estudio financiero que apoye la toma decisiones de potenciales inversores.
This document is a feasibility study to develop a parking lot in the historic center of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, conducted through market studies, technical organization, legal, environmental and financial, so that investors can make the decision to carry out or not the Project, the methodology used was the mixed approach, where primary data were collected and processed by means of a questionnaire aimed at the target populación that are willing to acquire parking services, the study identified their needs, preferences , secondary information from bibliographic sources was also used in the study. The analysis identified an unsatisfied demand that wants to acquire a service, with interest and financial capacity to use the Management and Management System service of an Odoo Enterprise Software, the competence of the company was identified and the financial study was carried out to support the taking decisions of potential investors.
