Este estudio se realizó basándose en una investigación desarrollada a partir de octubre de
2022 con el propósito de mostrar las ventajas y desventajas que ofrecia un régimen laboral
por hora, si de verdad estaba orientada a emplear grupos sociales vulnerables del país, si el
régimen especial por hora cumplía con los requisitos del Trabajo Decente. También tiene
por objetivo demostrar cuantos trabajadores quedaron sin empleo a la derogación de la Ley
de Empleo por Hora y lo mas importante de aprobar un nuevo régimen de trabajo por hora
que requisitos debe contener para no entrar en contradicción con la normativa laboral
vigente.

This study was carried out based on an investigation carried out from October 2022 with the purpose of showing the advantages and disadvantages offered by an hourly labor regime, if it was really aimed at employing vulnerable social groups in the country, if the special regime for hour met the Decent Work requirements. It also has the objective of demonstrating how many workers were left unemployed after the repeal of the Hourly Employment Law and, most importantly, approving a new hourly work regime, what requirements it must contain so as not to contradict current labor regulations.
