En la presente investigación se aborda el problema de la producción de hielo con agua cruda o sin procesar; dicho problema es primordial para la empresa ya que los costos de mantenimiento y de depreciación van al alza con el pasar del tiempo, además de que se acorta la vida útil del equipo; por lo tanto, se analiza con las diferentes variables que intervienen de manera directa e indirecta involucradas en el proceso de producción.
This research addresses the problem of ice production with raw or unprocessed water; this problem is essential for the company since maintenance and depreciation costs increase over time, in addition to the fact that the useful life of the equipment is shortened; therefore, it is analyzed with the different variables that intervene directly and indirectly involved in the production process.
